Members of the Kingston Elks Lodge volunteered their time to beautify the garden at the Community Rehabilitation Center in Lake Katrine, which is operated by Cerebral Palsy of Ulster County.

The Elks on a statewide basis support cerebral palsy affiliates to help children and adults in their communities with special needs through the New York State Elks Major Projects, Inc.

The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks was organized in 1868 and is the largest Fraternal Charitable Organization in the United States.
