On September 22, 2010, at 4 pm, Cerebral Palsy of Ulster County hosted a dedication and celebration of the Lewis C. Kirschner Residence located at 109 Foordemore Road in Kerhonkson.  The Kirschner Residence was officially named at a “Naming Ceremony” attended by board members and staff on November 17th, 2009 to honor Mr. Kirschner for his lifelong commitment to children and adults with developmental disabilities and Cerebral Palsy of Ulster County.  The September 22nd dedication provided colleagues and friends from the community, including Senator William Larkin, Senator John Bonacic Ms. Ann Woody, Deputy Director, Taconic DDSO, and Donald Holzhammer, President, Cerebral Palsy of Ulster County Board of Directors the opportunity to thank Mr. Kirschner for his years of service and tour the residence, which is home to eight individuals with multiple disabilities.
