Employment specialists assist consumers with the intake process, job development, coaching, stabilization of employment and the transition process to extended services.

Our extended services are a Home and Community Based Waiver Service (HCBS) through the OPWDD.  At the time of transition, employees have demonstrated the ability to perform the essential responsibilities of their positions with independence. To ensure that the employee continues to meet the expectations of the job, employment specialists provide monthly visits to collaborate with management and the program participant. Employment specialists visit both on-site and off-site with consumers to promote skill growth and ensure job retention.
