Our Agency provides a comprehensive residential program for children who are eligible through the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). We are one of only a handful of agencies throughout New York State to offer a Children’s Residential Program (CRP) in which all of the children who live at our residential home attend our Special Education School. The staff of the Helen Oberkirch Children’s Residence, our school’s multi-disciplinary team, and our families work together to ensure a holistic approach to developing and implementing functional educational and therapeutic goals.
